Brazing fillers for joining applications are essential manufacturing and designing advanced materials. Several types of brazing have been developed in recent decades to join similar or different engineering Important parts automotive aircraft components, including steel, often joined by brazing. In addition, ceramic components microwave devices circuits with a high level integration microelectronic devices. Similarly, the medical field, metallic implants brazed dental crowns. These advances made human life more convenient. However, brazing, there certain issues intermetallic compound (IMC) formation residual stresses joints at temperatures. Nanoparticle-reinforced proposed control IMCs, but other dispersion particle segregation joints. this study, various fillers, joint fabrication processes, technologies reviewed. Furthermore, new developments materials their specific presented. Finally, emerging areas entropy-modified structural technological fields, discussed.
